Tarrant County Public Health
Tarrant County Public Health received a three-year grant to combat obesity by promoting fresh fruits and vegetables. Strategic Image was hired to create and implement a strategic and measurable communication plan for this program.
Live A More Colorful Life! campaign efforts included name and logo development, and creation of all collateral materials (billboards, postcards, recipe cards, handout items, etc.). A website presence was developed through the Tarrant County Health Department site, and outreach efforts resulted in the creation of two new farmers markets in Tarrant County. Strategic Image launched a kickoff effort featuring local celebrity chefs, and helped create website videos. In addition, a partnership was formed with UnitedHealthcare to create community garden at an area YMCA and an agreement was brokered with Radio Disney to bring the message to local school children.
